The flats of Villa Anna, all three-room apartments, are composed by a large living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility room, terrace furnished with dining furniture and they have one (1) numbered, covered parking place available. Max 6 people. They are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning and underfloor heating, free WiFi, TV SAT 40", safe, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge with separate freezer compartment and induction hob.
The apartments SAND are modern, bright and welcoming three-room apartments of 65 square meters and are located on the third and fourth floor on the west side. The living area consists of a large open space composed of a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed, while in the sleeping area there is a double bedroom with a bathroom, a twin bedroom and the main bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower box. To enjoy the sea breeze, the 12 sqm terrace or the 14 sqm loggia with outdoor dining room furniture with washing machine and clothesline. The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as free Wi-Fi, Nespresso® coffee machine, dishwasher and much more. In each room there is an air conditioner and underfloor heating which makes it comfortable in all seasons of the year.
